Databalance was the first building block of an ambitious journey to establish the leading Managed IT Solutions Partner in the Dutch market. This journey is based on a carefully designed plan built around well-considered technology building blocks that are essential for creating a best-in-class IT partner.

The strategy combines sustainable organic growth by moving up the value chain, differentiating, and optimizing solutions offering, and increasing share of wallet with existing customers, with inorganic growth through the execution of a well-defined M&A strategy. Since the start of this journey, we have welcomed SJ-Solutions, IT Creation, 3fifty, Bradon and Flowerbed Engineering, into the group, strengthening our capabilities in cloud solutions, data management, cybersecurity, and complex IT infrastructures.
Today, Databalance employs over 100 IT professionals and is headquartered in Nieuwkuijk.

Since the start of the journey, Nordi Malih has been appointed as the Group CEO. Nordi brings over 20 years of relevant experience in this industry, an impressive track record, and has built a strong team around him.
Together with the team, it is our objective and investment thesis to build the new “best-in-class” Managed IT Solutions Partner in the Dutch market with a secure, compliant and cloud agnostic foundation to empower and facilitate higher-end midmarket customers and smaller corporates with their digital business transition, continuity and growth.
The 5CS team members have a strong background in the marketspace and participate in an active supportive operational role to help drive the business going forward. Our approach focuses on a clearly defined strategy, sustainable expansion through organic growth and well-targeted M&A, and introduction and hands-on support to an experienced leadership team.
