Databalance was the first building block of an ambitious journey to establish the leading Managed IT Solutions Partner in the Dutch market. Both the journey as well as the approach and building blocks are part of a carefully developed plan by 5CS. An important element of this investment plan is to enter into strategic and sustainable collaborations with knowledge partners in specific areas.

Databalance is a specialized Managed IT Solution Partner that offers customer-specific cloud infrastructure solutions for mission-critical IT environments, ensuring customers a high level of business continuity, security, and flexibility. In the Summer of 2021, SJ-Solutions was added. SJ-Solutions provides high-end data management, data storage, and backup solutions. Many clients originate from the healthcare and public sectors.

In early 2023, the group joined forces with IT creation. IT creation specializes in designing, implementing, and managing mission-critical and innovative IT infrastructures, adding a new technology stack to the group.

Since the start of the journey, Nordi Malih has been appointed as the Group CEO. Nordi brings over 20 years of relevant experience in this industry, an impressive track record, and has built a strong team around him.

Together with the team, it is our objective and investment thesis to build the new “best-in-class” Managed IT Solutions Partner in the Dutch market with a secure, compliant and cloud agnostic foundation to empower and facilitate higher-end midmarket customers and smaller corporates with their digital business transition, continuity and growth. By sustainable expansion through organic growth, well targeted M&A and an experienced leadership team standing by to lead the journey.
